If requested, the rent can be paid in 2 parts, but then the rent increases by €50 and is to be paid as follows: 1) upon arrival at least 50% of the rent, plus a special fee of €50. 2) the second half/remaining rent must be paid no later than the 3rd day of rent. ## By arrangement, a TRIAL working day may be possible. Normally, the daily income is then divided 50% each/without rent payment on the trial day. ## Note on the property: A high-rise building with 7 floors The building/outdoor area/elevators are monitored by cameras for general security.
