The RENT:
a1:
Rent for 2 ladies = shared use at €450 each = €900 per week.
a2:
Rent for 1 lady = single use of the entire double apartment = €520 per week
a3:
Rent for 2 ladies + 1 companion/man = €1,050 per week.

RENT PAYMENT:
EACH WEEKLY RENT is always to be paid in FULL upon arrival in cash (or advance transfer via Pay-Pal).
If requested, the rent can be paid in 2 parts, but then the rent increases by €50 and is to be paid as follows:
1) upon arrival at least 50% of the rent, plus a special fee of €50.
2) the second half/remaining rent must be paid no later than the 3rd day of rent.

By arrangement, a TRIAL working day may be possible.
Normally, the daily income is then divided 50% each/without rent payment on the trial day.

Note on the property: A high-rise building with 7 floors
The building/outdoor area/elevators are monitored by cameras for general security. Security is quickly on site to help in an emergency. However, in all the years it has never been necessary/never happened. The address is in the center/city/on the market of the Mönchengladbach district: 41199 MG-Odenkirchen > with good transport links to the Odenkirchen bus/train station/A61 motorway... connections
Sufficient + free parking spaces are available directly in front of + next to the house.

We also have a private taxi service, including a driver, with a taxi license. We are happy to pick up tenants at reasonable prices throughout NRW, and optionally throughout Germany.
