These are exclusively available to you and you are responsible for your advertising and arranging appointments yourself.

- December 21st, 2025 to January 3rd, 2026
Here are the available rooms and prices:
- Small room €380 per week
- Medium room €450 per week
- Room with bath and shower €680 per week
- Large room with shower €550 per week
The large rooms are equipped with a shower; the small rooms share a shower in the guest bathroom. A small room, as well as the large room, offers access to a sauna.
In addition to the use of the room, a lounge, a kitchen and a toilet are available for shared use.
Please note that you must bring your own towels and sheets; only one set is available. The laundry room with two washing machines and two dryers can be used communally.
