Room & studio rentals only during holiday periods!

During the periods listed below, I have four comfortable rooms available for rent. These are exclusively for your use, and you are responsible for your advertising and scheduling. We have rooms and an entire studio available for rent from April 14th to April 26th, 2025. Ideal for a relaxing getaway. - Rooms from €400 per week - The studio can also be used for events (please contact us) Amenities include: - Lounge with laundry area - Lockers for secure storage - Small kitchen - 4 showers + bathtub - Sauna + steam room - 2 restrooms - 4 lockable work spaces Since we are closing our massage studio during the holidays, we are officially offering these spaces for rent. All rooms are, of course, fully licensed. Infrared / Hammam rooms per week: €400 Room 1 per week: €500 Room 2 per week: €700 Room 3 per week: €600 Entire studio: €1800 per week with cleaning 4 times a week Other available periods: - April 14, 2025 to April 26, 2025 - July 28, 2025 to August 24, 2025 - December 21, 2025 to January 3, 2026 The large rooms are equipped with a shower; the small rooms share a shower in the guest bathroom. One small room, as well as the large room, offers access to a sauna. In addition to the room, a common room, a kitchen, and a toilet are available for shared use. Please note that you must bring your own towels and sheets; Only one set is available at a time. Laundry and towel service can be booked separately (no cleaning). However, the laundry room with two washing machines and two dryers can be used communally.
